How to Apply

1. Wash, clay bar, and fully decontaminate the paint before starting. For best results, polish the paint before coating to ensure the surface is completely free of swirl marks and defects — ceramic coating locks in the paint's current condition.
2. Wipe the entire surface with an IPA prep solution and a microfibre towel to remove all oils, wax, polish residue, and contaminants.
3. Apply a small amount of V-PAINT to the included foam applicator and spread evenly across the paint surface, working one panel at a time using criss-cross movements.
4. Allow 1 to 4 minutes for the coating to flash, then level with a clean, dry microfibre towel.
5. A second coat can be applied after the first coat has partially cured if desired.

Curing times:

• Partial cure: 12 hours — Avoid any contact with water during this period. If the surface gets wet, dry immediately and gently with a clean microfibre or air blower.
• Full cure: 6 days — Avoid washing the vehicle or using any chemicals on the paint surface during the full curing period.

Important note: During the first 6 days after application, the ceramic surface is more susceptible to water spots from rain, mud, or sprinkler water. To minimise this risk, apply Vonixx SiO2-PRO Ceramic Spray Sealant from day 4 onwards — it will reduce water spot formation, extend the life of the ceramic coating, and add an extra layer of gloss and slickness.

Ongoing maintenance: Apply SiO2-PRO every 30 to 45 days to maintain gloss, prevent water spots, and extend the ceramic coating's lifespan.
