How to Apply

1. Shake well before use. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before starting.
2. Apply the product to the pad and select the appropriate pad for the stage being performed.
3. Using a polishing machine at the recommended speed:
   • Rotary polisher: 800 to 1,400 RPM, moderate pressure
   • Roto-orbital polisher: 1,600 to 4,800 OPM
4. Polish one area at a time — no larger than 50cm x 50cm — using crossed, overlapping passes until the product forms a thin, transparent film and the desired result is achieved.
5. Repeat if necessary.

Pad guide:

• Cutting stage: Use a cutting pad (white/harder foam or wool)
• Refining stage: Use a medium refining foam pad
• Finishing stage: Use a soft finishing foam pad

⚠️ Important: Do not use under direct sunlight or on a hot surface. Not suitable for plastic, leather, or glass. If accidental contact occurs, wipe immediately with a clean microfibre towel. After polishing with V40, Vonixx recommends applying a wax or sealant for full paint protection.
